Initial/Deep Cleaning
A deep initial cleaning is provided for all new clients, and bi-annually for recurring clients.
Whether you plan on continuing with regularly recurring services, or you just want cleaning on an as-needed-basis, an Initial/Deep Cleaning provides the necessary "reset" of your home, so that it can easily be maintained.
All first-time, and one-time clients should choose this option when requesting booking.
The same hourly rate of $75 applies to Initial/Deep Cleans, however, there is a four (4) cleaning hour minimum for all Initial/Deep Cleans.
Please note that spaces that are heavily soiled, will be assessed a "Heavy Cleaning" fee of an additional $20 per hour, per cleaning technician, with a 4 hour minimum.

Maintenance Cleaning
Maintenance cleans are scheduled for recurring clients after the initial clean. Maintenance cleans are standardized cleanings of all horizontal surfaces, all bath and kitchen fixtures, and all floors. For a detailed itemized list of what is included, please refer to our "Maintenance Cleaning Checklist" found on the Home Page Menu.
Clients who would like ongoing recurring housecleaning services should choose this option, only after the initial/deep cleaning is performed by Cleantopia techs, or, if your home is professionally cleaned by someone else (minimum of bi-weekly pro cleaning).
You can choose to pay individually on the day of each clean, or, you can conveniently pre-pay for 3, 6, or 9 cleanings. Pre-paid packages provide you with built-in discounts that will be reflected at checkout.

Elite / Customized Cleaning
If you would like the option to customize your cleaning, with either a specific protocol, or, just want us to include specific items at each appointment, Elite was created for you!
Elite cleaning follows our extensive Deep Cleaning Checklist, plus it allows you to choose up to three Ala Carte services* for each of your Elite / Customized Cleanings, always an exceptional value with the highest of home cleaning standards!

* Exterior of Kitchen Cabinetry $25; $45; $60+

Pricing
Hourly Fees.
For transparency, Cleantopia charges a straightforward hourly charge.
The current rate is $60 per hour, per cleaning technician, with a three (3) hour minimum.
* The number of cleaning specialists are assigned to each home according to size and/or soil level. In general, the number of cleaners will be assigned as follows:
500-1400 sq feet: One (1) Tech
1401-2200 sq feet: Two (2) Techs
2201-2500 sq feet: Three (3) Techs
* All Initial/Deep Cleaningsare assessed at the same hourly rate of $75 per hour, with a four hour minimumfor all Initial, and One-time whole home cleans.
* Heavily soiled areas will be charged an additional $20 hourly fee.
Value Packages
Floors & Baseboards
Just the floors and the baseboards throughout the main living areas of your home, including, the kitchen, living room, dining room, and hallway.
Price: Starts at $100, and includes the following (each additional room add $50; up to 3 rooms):
Dry dusting of all baseboards
Damp wiping of all baseboards by hand
Thorough vacuuming or sweeping of floors
Steam mopping of all hard surfaced floors
Kitchen & Full Bath
Just need your kitchen and bathroom cleaned? Choose this option for a thorough deep cleaning in the two most used rooms in your home.
Price: Starts at $100 for regularly cleaned spaces
A Kitchen & Bath only deep cleaning, Includes the following (each additional bathroom add $45):
Cleaning of all horizontal surfaces;
All mirrors and glass;
The exterior of all large appliances in your kitchen;
All stainless steel (large) appliances cleaned and polished;
Stovetop
All sinks scrubbed and disinfected;
Toilet inside and out
